How to Set Up Your Booking Page in 5 Minutes

You do not need to be a tech person to take bookings online. Setting up your booking page is quick and simple. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can do this.

This guide walks you through it, step by step. By the end, you will have a live booking link ready to share, and you will be set up to take your first booking. Let us go.

Before you start

Have a few things ready. It makes the setup even faster.

  • A list of your services. For example: haircut, wash, braids, facial.
  • The price of each one.
  • How long each service takes.
  • Your opening days and hours.
  • Your phone number or email to create your account.

That is all. Now let us set up your page.

Step 1: Create your account

Go to reserve.yemame.com and sign up. Use your phone number or email. Give your business a name. This name shows on your booking page, so use the one your clients know.

This takes about one minute.

Step 2: Add your services

This is the most important step. Your services are what clients book.

For each service, add three things:

  • The name. Keep it simple. "Men's Haircut." "Box Braids." "Gel Manicure."
  • The price. What you charge for it.
  • The time it takes. Be honest here. If braids take four hours, put four hours. This is how your page blocks the right amount of time.

Add all your services. You can always add more or edit them later.

Step 3: Set your hours and breaks

Now tell your page when you are open. Add your working days and the hours for each. Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, for example.

Got a lunch break? Add it. A day you always close early? Set it. Your page will only offer clients the times you are truly available.

Step 4: Add your staff

If you work alone, you can skip this. If you have a team, add each person.

For each staff member, set their hours and the services they do. Now the page is smart about who is free. A client booking nails only sees the nail tech's open times. This stops mix-ups and keeps every schedule clean.

You can also give each person a clock-in PIN, so you can see who is on duty.

Step 5: Turn on reminders and deposits

These two settings protect your money, so turn them on now.

  • Reminders. Switch on automatic SMS and push reminders. Clients get a nudge before their appointment, so fewer of them forget. Less work for you, fewer no-shows.
  • Deposits. For your longer services, turn on a small deposit. It keeps the slot safe and makes sure the client is serious. The deposit counts toward their bill, so they lose nothing by showing up.

Step 6: Share your link and take your first booking

Your page is ready. Copy your booking link. Now share it where your clients already are.

  • Put it in your Instagram bio.
  • Set it as your WhatsApp status and add it to your business profile.
  • Pin it to your Facebook page.
  • Drop it in your stories whenever you post fresh work.

Send it to a few regular clients to start. The moment someone books, the appointment lands on your calendar, and you are taking bookings online. That is your first booking. You did it.

A quick recap

Here is the whole thing in one glance:

  1. Create your account.
  2. Add your services with prices and times.
  3. Set your hours and breaks.
  4. Add your staff and their services.
  5. Turn on reminders and deposits.
  6. Share your link and take your first booking.

Six steps. About five minutes. A booking page that works for you day and night.

How Yemame Reserve helps

Yemame Reserve is built to be this easy. Setup is quick, and the smart slot engine does the hard thinking for you. Once you add your services, hours, staff, and breaks, it works out every free slot on its own, with the right buffer between clients. You never have to manage the calendar by hand.

From there, automatic reminders cut your no-shows, deposits protect your time, add-ons help you earn more per client, and reports show you your busy hours. When you grow, multi-branch management lets you run more than one location from one place. And with CSV export, your data is always yours.

It is made for Ghana and Africa, so it fits how you and your clients already work.

Start now

There is no reason to wait. In the time it takes to drink a cup of tea, you can have a live booking page ready to share.

Head to reserve.yemame.com and set up your page today, or book a quick demo and we will walk through it together.
